My story and why I joined the alternative scene

I grew up in a very small village full of very narrow-minded people where everyone knew everyone and you would breath in gossip along with the oxygen.
My parents were raised under the communistic regime to be exactly like every other single person in the society - never stand out, never have an opinion, never dare to say what you mean, never think for yourself, never protest, always live up to the values, never be different. 
The system fell when I was 3 years old but people remained the same. They were equally judgmental, biased, prejudiced, xenophobic and treating everyone who was different as a plague.

With having all of this in mind, my parents tried to raise me to be "normal". Not to stand out, to respect the values, to avoid being the one gossiped about, to blend in. 
When I was 7 years old my parents became members of an extreme Christian group which made the rules and values even more strict. And I'm not even speaking about how they were multiplied.

I was following their lead through my childhood and puberty, which wasn't easy because it felt so unnatural to me. I always had the desire to be different and to be noticed. I always hated to be the "grey mouse" and I looked with disgust at the girls whose example I was supposed to follow. I never understood why I always had to be modest and silent. Why I had to let others speak. Why I always had to agree with the older and therefore wiser, talk only with girls and women and only about household, cooking and listening to their bragging about anything possible. I was bored to death every single time we had visitors or when we went somewhere for a visit. But I never disobeyed and it didn't even occur to me that disobeying was an option.

My puberty was the worst period of my life. I had severe acne on my face which was impossible to hide and impossible for other people not to notice. It was also impossible for my peers in school not to bully me for it. My parents were having pretty serious financial troubles then as well, so the priorities were rent and food - not clothes and shoes. Not even mentioning skin care or make-up. I learned not to care about how I looked. It wasn't in my power to change anything about it so I didn't worry about it too much. I just avoided mirrors and being caught on camera. 
What was pissing me off quite much though was the fact that, because of my looks, I had no social life. I was avoiding boys and their cruel jokes as much as they were avoiding me and my ugliness and I was avoiding girls because I didn't want to be the beast next to all the beauties. Teenagers just treat the world by its looks, not by character or personality. That's just the way it is and it won't change. 
I never believed that looks aren't everything. It was my experience that if you had looks you were popular, accepted and people were eager to listen to your opinion, which of course wasn't happening for me. I grew up to be an outcast. I still didn't hate people and I wanted to be a part of society. I just accepted the way they are and I didn't let it bother me.

Years passed, my acne disappeared and I finally had money for make-up and clothes (I remember how I blew my entire first full-month salary on it and how amazing it felt). I still lived with my parents and I was a member of the extreme christian group as well- I didn't really care for it myself but I was just doing what my parents expected me to do. I hated the majority of the rules and I felt like a lion in a cage- I was never being myself because I was not allowed to. I remember my dad's never ending lectures about how bad it is to desire to be different and how am I supposed to follow the rules. I also remember how my dad hated the phrase "to be yourself". I never knew who I was and I could never find my own style. I was jumping from one style to another but I never felt good about any of them. I was just lost.

I wasn't happy but I also wasn't too unhappy. I just accepted the fact that I had to live the way my parents and my religion told me to and there was no way out for me. And I learned that the only way how to not go insane is by just not giving a crap about anything or anybody.

A bright light from the sky appeared when my Dutch boyfriend who was living in the Netherlands, asked me to marry him and move in with him. I accepted his proposal immediately. I really liked him and it was an amazing opportunity to escape my country, which I hated for the obvious above mentioned reasons, and to escape from my parent's dictatorship. Of course, I was still bound by religion - just like my future husband and his family. But I was eager to finally become myself and follow my rules as much as I could.

I won't mention any details of my marriage but I ended up being disappointed. 
People in Dutch villages are as equally narrow-minded and gossipy as the people back home. Maybe less extreme but it's the same story all over again. The religion had the same rules and the same values as like back home and the people wouldn't accept me for who I was. I dared to be myself just a tiny bit but it made me already way too different from them. I lived like this over 5 years, I felt worse day by day until the point that I couldn't take it anymore. There was nothing else left for me but to quit. So I did. My marriage, my religion, my acquaintances, my so called friends, everyone I knew. I left everything behind and I started all over again from the scratch. 

This time I didn't let anybody tell me how to live or which rules and values to follow. I decided to never become a part of any religion and to never get married again. The world was wide open, just waiting for me to explore it. I discovered metal music (which wasn't allowed by my religion) and it's sub-genres and ended up loving it. I started visiting metal concerts and festivals and I was shocked by the people. Christian religion is picturing metalheads as violent drug users, ready to destroy everything. I saw how horribly wrong they are. I felt great between metalheads. I loved the fact that when the music starts playing they can behave as crazy or "idiotic" (how would my folks and people back home describe them) as they want to, and nobody cares. Nobody is looking at anybody with contempt, nobody is pointing fingers and nobody is judging. I felt the freedom of being myself between these people. I remember how awkward I felt on my first metal concert. I was just standing next to the wall observing other people not daring to move. I was crazy in love with the clothing and make-up of the alternative/metal scene and it took me almost a  year to dare to wear it myself. I started slowly step by step transforming my looks into something I really liked. And something that defines me. Now I can honestly say that I look like who I really am. I like all alternative styles and sub-cultures but I don't consider myself part of any of them particularly. I like to be nu-goth or psycho-billy one day and industrial or grunge another day. I like the variety. And I'm happy this way.

I still live in the same village and I see people staring at me when I wear the clothes and make-up they find unusual. I don't care about it. It amuses me. I like to shock people. I like to be unconventional and I want to show that I am not one of them. With my looks I am representing freedom and enlightenment and my refusal to follow religious or any rules which I disagree with. I am no longer unnoticed, I am not a grey mouse and I only do what I like. I respect other people and their choices, I respect the country I live in and the rules of the country. I don't do anything illegal and I am not encouraging anyone to do so. But as long as I am free by the rules of this country to listen to whatever music I like and to look whatever way I want I will most certainly do so.

My current go to look: Black smokey eyes & black lips

This is a quite simple look and it takes me pretty short amount of time and products to create it. I also feel like I look like myself the most with this make up style.
How I achieved it?
First I started with a creamy grey eyeshadow as a base (using Maybelline's color tattoo eyeshadow in shade 55 Immortal Charcoal). I applied it all over my eyelids with my finger. I smudged the outer edges  where I wanted the color to be the lightest. Next I highlighted under my brows using a white matte eyeshadow (Inglot freedom system 373). Next I applied a light beige eyeshadow below the white one and a medium brown eyeshadow on top of it (Inglot freedom system matte 390 & 342). This created a transition between light and dark colors and also a perfect base for blending black eyeshadow. Next I applied black matte eyeshadow on my lids (top and bottom) and I blended it above my crease. I used Rimmel's 214 Jet Black. I usually blend a bit higher because I have hooded eyes and I want the dark eyeshadow to be visible with my eyes open as well. I blend under my bottom lashline also pretty far to achieve more "goth" look. It also makes my eyes to appear bigger.
Next I lined my inner corners, my top lashline and an outer bit of my bottom lashline with black eyepencil from Essence. I chose eyepencil over liquid (or gel) eyeliner because I was going for more smudged and less precise line. I set the pencil with the black matte eyeshadow to prevent moving, creasing and to make it last longer.
I primed my face using Revlon's photoready perfecting primer.
Then I applied my foundation -
Mary Kay luminous-wear foundation in shade 4 Ivory. Next I highlighted my under eye area, the top of my cheekbones, my jaws and chin with light yellow concealer from my Beauty88 concealer palette. I set it all with loose white powder from Grimase. Next I drew on my eyebrows using black gel eyeliner from Rimmel.
I applied 2 coats of mascara on my top and bottom lashes (Me Now Generation II Lash power Extension Visible Mascara).
For my lips I applied my favourite liquid lipstick Venom from LA Splash cosmetics.

Taupe & Grey

 First I primed my eyelids with Maybelline's Color Tattoo Cream eyeshadow in Taupe. Then I applied medium brown matte eyeshadow from Inglot (freedom system matte 342) all over my eyelids. Then I highlighted under my brows using Inglot eyeshadow (freedom system matte 373) and I blended it with the brown one so the transition was seamless.
Next I applied taupe-grey shimmery shadow from Sleek Enchanted Forest palette (Drizella) on the moving part of my lids.
Afterwards I lined my top lashline with a black eye pencil from Essence (long lasting 01 Black Fever). I also lined my inner corners and a bit of the bottom lash line. Then I smudged the pencil with a matte black eyeshadow (Rimmel Jet Black) and I also darkened the inner and the outer corners. I made sure I blended everything well.
Next I blended my lower lashline with the medium brown eyeshadow to give it more dimension and to make my eyes appear larger.
Afterwards I lined my eyes with liquid liner. I applied thin line and I extended it outwards to a wing.

For my face I mixed sheer light coverage foundation from Wet 'n' wild cosmetics with MAC Pro longwear concealer in NC 15 and applied even layer. I highlighted my under eye area using LA Girl HD concealer in Natural. I set everything with loose white powder. I also contoured under my cheekbones using the same medium brown eyeshadow I applied on my eyes.

Next I applied 2 coats of mascara on my lashes and defined my brows using black brow pencil.
For my lips I used LA Splash Lip Couture liquid lipstick in shade Venom - which is pure black.

Goth ice-purple eyes using Sleek I Candy palette

I've started with priming my lids with a white eye shadow primer from W7. Than I applied a white matte eye shadow on top of it. I mainly concentrated on my inner corners, under the eyebrows and on the center of my lids.
Then I applied a cool toned matte blue eye shadow into my crease and I blended it outwards and upwards. I applied a bit on my lower lids as well. Then I applied a warm purple matte eye shadow into my crease and I blended it with the blue eye shadow I applied earlier. I also applied it on my lower lids. I made sure I blended everything well so the transmission was perfectly smooth without any harsh edges. I also darkened the outer V's with a black matte eye shadow.
Next I lined my top lash line with a waterproof liquid liner and I applied my mascara on top and bottom lashes.
Next I applied MAC Pro Longwear concealer in NC 15 instead of a foundation all over my face. I set it with a loose white powder. Next I defined my brows with a black matte eye shadow. It wasn't dark enough for me so I applied a black liquid liner on top of it to make it extra black.

I first started with priming my eyes using Inglot's gel eyeliner in shade 73 which is amazing purple color. I made sure it is as dense as possible. Next I blended the edges with Inglot's 390 matte eyeshadow which is light beige with slight pink undertone and I used Inglot 373 matte eyeshadow for highlighting my browbone. Then I applied Grand Duke eyeshadow from Sleek Enchanted forest. It is slightly shimmery duochrome blue with purple. Absolutely amazing color. I applied it on my lids up to the crease and I blended it so the transition would be smooth. I repeated the same steps on my lower lids as well. I also highlighted my inner corners a bit with Fairy Godmother (which is shimmery light pink color) from the same palette.
Afterwards I lined my top lashline using NYC liquid liner and applied my foundation the standard way. I tested the new foundation this time - Lancome Miracle Teint in shade 034 mixed with MAC Pro Longwear concealer in shade NC15. They work amazing together. I also highlighted my under eye area using LA Girl Pro HD concealer in shade Natural. I set everything with white loose powder from brand called Grimase. Then I applied my mascara and while it was drying I defined my brows using Maybelline's Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow in black and I brushted them through with clear brow gel. I also contoured my cheekbones using Inglot's matte eyeshadow in shade 342.
For my lips I started with matte purple lipgloss which is exactly the same color as my Inglot's gel eyeliner. After it dried I applied the Grand Duke eyeshadow on top of it and I darkened the inner corners using black matte eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner for extra sharpness.

Black with cool green shimmer using Sleek Enchanted Forest palette

I've recently purchased the newest palette from Sleek called Enchanted Forest and I absolutely love it. It is amazing for creating all kinds of looks - especially dark, gothic, grungy or very edgy looks. Today I felt like wearing something between gothic and edgy so this is what I came up with.
I've started with priming my eyes. I applied black eyepencil as a base and I blended the edges with light brown matte eyeshadow. That created my border. Then I applied my main eyeshadow - silver-cool green all over my lids. I darkened the outer V's using matte black eyeshadow. I applied the ligher eyeshadow in the inner corners. I lined my bottom lashline with black eye pencil and I applied the "main eyeshadow" on top of it. As final step I lined my top lashline with liquid eyeliner.
I primed my face with Smashbox photo finish foundation primer and I applied MAC Pro longwear concealer in NC15 all over my face. I set everything using white loose powder. Then I contoured a bit under my cheeks.
Then I applied 2 layers of mascara on my top and bottom lashes. I always do this after I powder my face because I don't want any loose powder on my mascara.
I applied LA Splash liquid lipstick in shade Venom (which is pure black) on my lips. When it dried I applied a bit of the "main eyeshadow" in the middle.

Pink & Lavender using Sleek Candy palette

I've started with priming my lids using purple gel eyeliner and my finger. Then I blended the edges above my crease with neutral light beige matte eyeshadow. Then I applied purple matte eyeshadow all over my eyelids (bottom as well). Then I blended my crease using blue eyeshadow. I did this to achieve more lavender color and to make the purple more cool-toned. I did the same on my bottom lids. then I darkened the outer V's with dark purple. I highlighted my inner corners and the area under my browbone with a white shimmery shadow. Next I applied my liquid liner on my top lashline and black matte eyeshadow along my bottom lashes. After I cleaned all fall outs I applied my primer, foundation, loose setting powder and I contoured my cheekbones. Then I applied my mascara and while it was drying I defined my brows using black brow pencil. For the lips I used frosty lilac lipstick.

Pinks & Purples using Sleek Vintage Romance palette

I really like non-standard lip colors lately so I decided to create the look when my lips would match my eyeshadows. I think it's pretty obvious that my favourite color is purple - and it is very convenient because purple is the color you should wear when you have green eyes (which I have). How I achieved this look?
I first started with my base. I chose to use a purple gel eyeliner simply because it's very creamy and it will make my eyeshadows more purple. The base decides how your eyeshadows are going to look - if you use neutral, your eyeshadow won't change it's color but if you use black or gray it will make your eyeshadow look cooled-toned and darker. I chose purple one because I was going to use more pink eyeshadows and I wanted them to appear more purple.
Then I started to apply my main color (1) all over my lids up the crease and I blended it with slightly darker one in the crease (2). I didn't go too high though. I highlighted my browbone with a white matte eyeshadow and I also blended the purple a bit to create more smooth transition. I applied the same color on my lower lids as well. Then I lined my top lashline with a liquid eyeliner and I used black eyepencil on bottom lids - all the way from inner to the outer corners. After I cleaned all fallouts I moved on to my face - and my standard foundation routine. First primer, then the lightest foundation I own mixed with MAC Pro longwear concealer in NC15 and set it all with white loose powder. I always contour my cheekbones slightly. I defined my eye brows with a black matte eyeshadow.
For the lips I used matte long lasting lipgloss and when it dried I darkened the inner corners with black eyepencil. Pretty simple.

Taupe all over

First I primed my eyelids. I used Maybelline Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow in shade Taupe. I applied it all over my eyelids (top and bottom) and I blended the edges outwards so I wouldn't have any harsh lines. Then I applied cool toned brown matte eyeshadow (Inglot 342) on top of it to avoid creasing and to intensify the color in the outer V's (also top and bottom lids).

I blended this shade pretty high almost to my browbone and I blended the edges with a white matte eyeshadow (Inglot 373) which I also applied under my brows to highlight my browbone. Next I lined my top and bottom lashline with Essence Long Lasting eye pencil in shade 01 Black Fever. I tried to be as precise as possible. I extended the line in the inner and in the outer corner of my eyes. Afterwards I set the pencil line with a black matte eyeshadow (Rimmel Glam eyes  in shade 214 Jet Black) and I blended it slightly to achieve more smokey effect. I blended quite well on my bottom lids to achieve larger eye effect. It also turned bit grey during the blending process so I applied the same brown eyeshadow I used earlier below the black one to cancel out the grey. Next I applied a very thin line using my Catrice Liquid Liner Waterproof 010. Then I added some highlight to my inner corners using Bourjois Light Concentre de Lumiere eyeshadow in shade 03.
Then I cleaned all fallouts and applied my Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer all over my face. Instead of a foundation I mixed 2 shades of MAC Pro Longwear concealer - NC 15 and NC 25 and applied a very thin layer all over my face. I used my fingers because I wanted a very thin layer and with this technique I get the most control.
I also did cream contouring which I don't do very often but I wanted this make up to be long lasting. I applied the darkest cream concealer I have from my beauty88 concealer palette under my cheekbones and I blended it with contouring brush. Then I concealed the darkness under my eyes using Vichy Dermablend foundation stick in shade 12 Opal. Afterwards I set everything with white loose powder from Grimase and then I went over the contoured areas again with brown eyeshadow (Revlon Colorstay in shade 05 Hazelnut). Next I defined my brows using Maybelline Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow (which is awesome and hell cheaper alternative to Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade) in shade black. Then I brushed them through with a clear brow gel.
I also applied mascara to my top and bottom lashes. I first used Max Factor Clump Defy and then I used Max Factor Wild Mega Volume mascara.
Then I moved on to my lips. I first applied a thin layer of a liquid lipstick (Maybelline Super Stay 24 Color in shade 615 Soft Taupe). Then I (out)lined the lips with a taupe brown eyepencil and then I blended it with a second layer of the same liquid lipstick. After it dried I applied Inglot Freedom system eyeshadow in shade 342 (the same one I used on my eyes earlier) on top of the lipstick to achieve matte effect.

Vintage romance smokey eyes & purple lips

 I  started with priming my lids. I used Inglot's AMC gel eyeliner in shade 73 matte which is amazing purple color. I applied it on my lids with my finger and blended it outwards. I applied it on my lower eyelids as well. Then I applied my transition color above my crease. I used the terracotta brown/red from Sleek's Vintage Romance palette (Propose in Prague). I applied Revlon Colorstay eye shadow in shade 05 Hazelnut on top of it. I made sure that both eye shadows were blended well.
Next I started applying the dark pink eyeshadow from Vintage romance palette (Marry in Monte Carlo) into my crease. Then I applied slightly darker shade from the same palette (Honeymoon in Hollywood) into my outer V and on my eyelids. I applied both these shades on my lower lids as well. Next I applied the black/purple glittery eyeshadow (Forever in Florence) on my lashline and I blended it upwards. Next I popped a bit of the silver-white eyeshadow into the inner corners of my eyes.
Then I applied liquid liner along my top lashline and I extended it in the inner and the outer corners.
After I cleaned all the fallouts I applied primer all over my face using Revlon photoready perfecting primer and I let it set for a while.
Then I applied my Mary Kay TimeWise luminous-wear liquid foundation in shade 4 Ivory all over my face. I erased my under eye circles using LA Girl Pro HD concealer in shade Natural. I set everything with white loose setting powder from Grimase. Next I contoured under my cheekbones and bit on my forehead using Revlon Colorstay eyeshadow in shade 05 Hazelnut. Then I applied my Max Factor Clump defy mascara on the top and bottom lashes.
Afterwards I defined my eyebrows using Maybelline Color Tatttoo creamy eyeshadow in shade black and I brushed them through with clear brow gel.
Then I moved on to my lips. I first applied the same purple gel eyeliner as I used for my eyes on my lips with lipbrush. Then I darkened the outlines and inner corners using the black/purple eyeshadow from Sleek Vintage romance palette (Forever in Florence). I applied the dark pink shadow (Honeymoon in Hollywood) in the center of my lips.

Vampy look: grey smokey eyes and red lips

I've started with priming my eyes with a black creamy eyeshadow. I used Maybelline Color Tattoo 24H cream in shade 60 Timeless Black. I applied it on my lash line and the moving part of my lid with a brush and I blended it outwards and upwards up to my eye socket. Applying black creamy base makes all the black eye shadows stay in place, it makes them more intensive and it avoids creasing and fall outs through the day (or night). Next I blended the edges with a matte light warm brown eye shadow. I used Revlon Colorstay in shade 05 Hazelnut. This was my transition color. Then I applied a matte black eye shadow all over my eyelids with a stiff flat brush. I used Rimmel Glam eyes eyeshadow in shade 214 Jet Black. I applied this same eyeshadow into my crease as well using big fluffy blending brush. I applied just a bit at the time and kept blending over the light brown I applied earlier to achieve nice diffuse effect.
Then I applied the same creamy eyeshadow on my lower lash line and the same black matte eyeshadow on top of it. I made sure everything is blended nicely. Then I applied the light brown eyeshadow below the black one to create a nice transition of colors. I wanted to achieve more 'vampy' look with big spooky-looking eyes.
When I was finished with eyeshadow I lined my waterline (top and bottom) using Essence Long Lasting eye pencil in shade 01 Black Fever. Then I applied a liquid liner on my top lash line and I extended it in my inner and outer corners. I used Catrice Liquid Liner Waterproof  in shade 010.
Then I moved to the rest of my face. I first primed my T-zone and cheeks (basically are where I have enlarged pores) with Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer. Then I applied a very thin layer of MAC Pro Longwear concealer in shade NC15 all over my face and I blended it with  beauty blender sponge. I applied a bit more under my eyes to conceal any dark circles. I set everything with a loose white setting powder from Grimase. Then I contoured under my cheekbones a bit using Revlon Colorstay eyeshadow in shade 05 Hazelnut. I discovered this works amazing as a contour powder as well and the shade is perfect for my complexion. Next I defined my brows using a black brow pencil by Essence and some clear brow gel to set everything in place. I also applied some mascara.
Then I applied red liquid lipstick on my lips (from brand W7). I overlined them slightly. Then I outlined them using the  black eye pencil (Essence Long Lasting in shade 01 Black Fever). Then I blended the black line with the applicator from the liquid lipstick with a tiny bit of a product on it. When the liquid lipstick dried I applied the top gloss layer on top of it.

Modern MOD style

I've started with priming my eyes (as usually). I first applied my MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in shade NC 15 and MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre on top of it. I set it with Inglot Freedom System Matte eyeshadow in shade 350. Then I applied plenty of white eyeshadow (Inglot Freedom System Matte in shade 373) under my brows, in my inner corners and on the moving part of my lids. Then I drew my crease where I wanted it (which is way higher than it actually is) with black matte eyeshadow and small angled brush. Then I started to blend it with matte dark chocolate color and very small fluffy brush. I blended the edges of the chocolate color with cool medium brown eye shadow (Inglot Freedom System Matte in shade 342) and I blended that one with white shadow I used earlier. I had to blend very carefully and make sure I didn't go too high. When I was satisfied with transition of colors I drew a thin black line with liquid liner on top of the black eye shadow line I created earlier. I blended this line with black eyeshadow so it would fade into the brown eyeshadow.
Next I lined my upper lash line with liquid liner and I winged it out. I made sure I wouldn't connect this line with the one on the crease.
Then I applied medium brown eyeshadow on my bottom lids and I blended it well.
Afterwards I moved on to my face. I primed my T-zone and cheeks using Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer. Then I applied my currently favourite foundation Mary Kay TimeWise luminous-wear liquid foundation in shade 4 Ivory. I concealed my under eye area using LA Girl Pro HD concealer in shade Natural and I set everything with loose powder from Mary Kay. I also contoured under my cheekbones using Inglot Freedom system matte eyeshadow in shade 342.
Next I defined my eyebrows using matte black eyeshadow (I've been using the whole time in this look)  Rimmel Glam eyes in shade 214 Jet Black. I also brushed them through with some clear brow gel.
Then I applied plenty of mascara. I used L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara and Max Factor Wild Mega Volume mascara.
As a final step I applied nude pinky lipstick Max Factor Lipfinity 001 Pearly Nude.

Grungy copper look using Sleek Sunset Palette

 I've started differently this time. I first primed my face using Dermacol Sheer Face Illuminator in shade Sun Bronze. Afterwards I applied my foundation on top of it. I used Mary Kay TimeWise luminous-wear liquid foundation in shade 4 Ivory. The combination of foundation and illuminator gave my skin beautiful fresh glow.

I concealed my under eye area using LA Girl Pro HD concealer in shade Natural and I set everything with Mary Kay Translucent Loose powder. I contoured under my cheekbones a bit using Inglot Freedom System Matte eyeshadow in shade 342.

Then I moved on to the eyes. I applied a bit of a concealer on my eyelids and I set it with powder. I highlighted my brow bone using Inglot Freedom System Matte eyeshadow in shade 373 and I applied shade 350 all over my eyelid. Then I applied coppery-red eyeshadow from Sleek Sunset palette on the moving part of my lids and I blended it upwards. I applied this shadow all along my lower lash line as well. Next I darkened the outer V's using cool burgundy shimmery shadow from the same palette. I darkened it even more using matte black shadow. I applied tiny bit of the golden eye shadow into my inner corners.
When I was done with applying and blending of eye shadows I lined my eyes using liquid liner from Catrice.
Next I applied L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes So Couture mascara on my top and bottom lashes.

I defined my eyebrows using Rimmel Glam eyes eyeshadow  in shade214 Jet Black.


Then I moved on to the lips. First I outlined them using Essence Long Lasting eye pencil 01 Black Fever and then I applied Max Factor Lipfinity color & gloss liquid lipstick in shade 550 Reflective Ruby. I blended the outline a bit before it dried in order to achieve bit of an ombre effect.
