Neutral eyes & red lips feat. Makeup Revolution Redemption Palette Essential - Mattes 2

I recently purchased Make Up Revolution Mattes 2 palette. I quite liked it but I've always tried it in combination with other make up shadows so I wanted to kind of "test it" on it's own. This is the result.

The shadows have quite decent pigmentation for such  an unexpensive product. They don't crease, don't smudge, they stay on nice and they don't fade out. Everything kind of depends on primer you use underneath. I've never tried how would they work out without primer because I always wear eye shadows with primer.

For this particular look I've used MAC Paint pot in Soft Ochre in thin layer.
First  I applied base color (1) all over my lid. Then I applied transition color (2) into my crease. Then I darkened the outer V with darker shade (3) and blended it. Then I applied white kohl pencil into my inner corners and little bit onto lids. I applied light color (4) on top of it. I applied the lightest shadow (5) under my brow bone to highlight the area. Then I lined my upper lash line with black kohl pencil and I smudged it with dark shadow (3). Then I applied silver glitter gel liner on top of it in my inner corners. Then I applied lots of mascara on top lashes. Then I applied bronze waterproof eye pencil on my bottom lash line and I winged it out slightly. I put matt brown shadow (6) on top of it and smudged it a bit. That was it for shadows.
I applied thin sharp line into my inner corners with black gel liner and also into outer corners to elongate the pencil line I applied earlier.  I applied BB cream all over my face and I used light concealer under my eyes. I set everything with very thin layer of compact powder and I did a bit contouring and quite a lot of blush. Then I moved on to eyebrows. I used Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade in shade Chocolate. This color is actually pretty light for me so I applied matt dark grey eye shadow on top of it to darken the color. Then I brushed them through with clear brow gel.

As last I put on my lipstick. I used Maybelline's 24h SuperStay in shade 542 Cherry pie.

Spring night feat. Sleek Oh So Special palette

I felt like trying something else today - combining colors which I usually never use in one look. Also, it has been quite a while since I used shimmery eye shadows so I thought why not try to put it all together in one colorful look. Then I took my Oh So Special palette and I saw the matt pink and shimmery blue and I thought - this might be fun. So this is the result.
I started with applying Maybelline Color Tattoo 24H cream in shade 65 Pink Gold all over my eye lid. This shadow works amazing as base. Then I applied matt pink shadow from Oh So Special palette into my crease with big fluffy brush. Then I applied beige matt shadow from same palette on top of it. I blended both very well. Then I applied shimmery light pink all over my eyelid. Then I applied shimmery blue shadow into my inner corners and outer corners as well. Then I draw a line to connect them which gave me nice "cut crease" effect. I draw this line little bit higher than  where is my natural crease in order to make my eyes appear bigger. My lids are also slightly hooded so if I draw this line lower it wouldn't be visible with my eyes open.
I smudged this line a bit with same pink color I used earlier to make the transition smooth. I darkened the outer V with black shadow (from same palette). I repeated the same steps on my lower lid as well in opposite order (I started with blue and black, then shimmery light pink, than matt pink, then beige). Then I draw quite thin line with black gel eye liner, I winged it out quite much and I concentrated on making sharp lines in my inner corners. I smudged the top lash line with black eyeshadow to make it more "smokey". Then I applied silver eye pencil in my water line and I finished off with plenty of mascara on top and bottom lashes.
After I cleaned all fall outs, I applied primer and MAC Pro long wear concealer under my eyes and all over my face instead of concealer. Then I contoured my cheekbones  and sides of my nose using dark concealer and I highlighted as well (which I normally never do). I set everything with loose powder and I contoured using  cool medium brown matt eye shadow (which works amazing). Then I applied bit of blush using Sleek Lace blush palette (middle and right color). Then I defined my brows using dark grey matt eyeshadow and clear brow gel. As last I put on lipstick (L’Oréal Infallible Lipstick 110 Timeless Rosé and Max Factor Lipfinity 140 Charming).

Lilac pastel goth

This look was deffinitely challenge for me. I am not that familiar with this new Pastel goth trend which is becoming more and more popular although I find it absolutely awesome. And of course, I am all in for trying something new. I haven't find any decent pictures or very clear definitons of how pastel goth look should look like exactly, so I had to improvise. Pastel goth is basically mixture of classic black goth items (boots, some clothing items, accesory's)  mixed with pastel colours (pastel colored hair, skirts, leggings etc.). It is not as "vampy" as classical gothic style but it's really youthful and fun but still dark.
Anyway, this is my version of pastel goth make up. I started with white base all over my eyelid, and I used matt shadows only. First I applied white shadow into inner corners and to 2/3rds of my lids, then I applied beige and light brown into my crease as transition color, then I applied light purple onto my lids covering the white shadow a bit. Then I darkened the outer corners with deep purple and black and I winged it out quite far. I blended the edges with white shadow to get rid of any harsh lines.
For the bottom lids I first applied lavender blue kohl eye pencil and I put the same light purple on top of it. Then I applied gel eyeliner along the top lash line and winged it out, into waterline as well and also bit onto lower lash line. I made very "sharp" edges with liner in my inner corners to make it look more "gothic". I applied matt black eye shadow on top of gel eyeliner to get rid of the shine and also to keep it in place. I smudged the eyeliner with black shadow along my waterline as well to give it more depth. Then I applied light purple shadow right under the black shadow to make my eyes appear bigger. I finished off the eyes with plenty of mascara on top and bottom lashes.

After I cleaned out any fall outs, I applied primer all over my face and Mac pro longwear concealer under my eyes and all over my face as well. I love to use that concealer instead of the foundation because it gives so high coverage that I need only very thin layer. I set it with loose powder. Then I contoured my cheekbones a bit.
Then I did the fun part - lips. I filled them in with black gel eyeliner and I outlined them  a bit very carefully with very thin eyeliner brush. It is quite difficult to do because with black you can see every single mistake so all lines have to be perfect. When gel liner was dried I applied light lilac lipstick in the centre and I blended it with black liner a bit to achieve ombre effect.
As last step I filled in my brows with black gel eyeliner as well. Pastel goth girls have usually very light coloured hair (either pastel or white) but they still have very strong bold black brows. I didn't want to make my brows so extreme so I tried to keep it bit more natural.

Dark plums with green & gothic lips

I started with applying white base all over my eye lids. I used W7 white eyeshadow base for the first time and I was very surprised by it. It's really inexpensive product but it still works amazing.  Pigmentation is great, and it made my eye shadows lasting very long without creasing. I chose to use this particular white one in order to make colors more vibrant.
First color I applied was the darker green from Sleek Acid Palette right into my inner corners. Then I applied darker shimmery green from Sleek Garden of Eden Palette on top of it. I tried to create color which matches my eyes, but it is pretty difficult. Then I applied dark plum color from the same palette all over my lids and blended it with light yellow/white matt eyeshadow (from my newest Make up revolution palette). Than I applied dark cool brown matt color from the same palette into my outer-V to darken it a bit and I blended it very well. Then I applied the same colors onto my lower lid.

Than I cleaned up all fall outs and applied face primer (Gosh Velvet touch). Then I mixed 2 foundations on back of my hand and applied on the face using my fingers. I applied Max Factor's under eye concealer in shade Ivory under my eyes to cover up any dark circles and also to "clean up" the look. Then I set everything with compact powder. Normally I use loose powder but today I felt like doing something else.

Then I did some light contouring using Inglot's medium brown matt eyeshadow which is absolutely amazing for contouring.
Then I applied thin line with a liquid eyeliner along my upper lash line and I winged it up pretty high to give my eye a bit "lift".  Afterwards I put on lots of mascara on top and bottom lashes. I always use at least 2 different ones. Then I defined my brows with black eyeshadow (from Acid palette) and brush them through with clear brow gel to make them look more natural.
As last I did my lips. First I lined my lips with my black gel eye liner and very small detail brush and then I filled them in with the same gel eyeliner. After it get dried I applied one coat of burgundy lipstick to give it bit more "natural" color. And that was pretty much it.
