Cote d'Azur colors inspired look feat. Sephora Blockbuster Palette

I was thinking what kind of look should I do today and because it's summer holiday time here in the Netherlands I thought something "vacation-like" would be fun to do. I absolutely adore colors of french Cote d'Azur - aqua, turquoise, marine blue and green. I put them all in one look and of course I "gothed" it! If you want to know how I did it, keep reading.

I started as usually with priming my lids. I used Mac Paint Pot in Soft Ochre all over my lids. Next I blackened the inner and outer corners of my eyes with a black gel eyeliner from the Sephora Blockbuster Palette. The whole palette is amazing invention. It contains majority of products you need for make-up - eyeshadows, eyeliners, eye pencils, blushes, lip pencils and lip glosses. I also use gel eyeliners for my brows so there are more areas covered for me in just one palette.
Next I applied my transition color. I chose the satin medium brown and I put it above my crease. I always "pretend" that my crease is 1 till 1.5 cm higher than my natural crease and I put my eyeshadows accordingly. That's how I cheat big eyes and hide that my lids are hooded.

Next I applied a black matte shadow on top of the black base I created earlier and I blended the edges.
Next I applied a turquoise gel eyeliner (from the Blockbuster palette) in the centre of my lids. Afterwards I applied turquoise eye shadow on top of it. I concentrated the lightest color on the middle of my mobile lids. I applied darker blue and navy blue towards the outer corners to achieve gradiant effect. I applied a green eye shadow towards the inner corners.
Next I lined my top lashline with a liquid eyelier. I applied black gel eye liner into my waterline and on my lower eyelids. I blended it with the black eyeshadow and I applied the same turquoise shadow in the centre.

After I cleaned all fall outs I primed my face using Revlon Photoready foundation primer. I concentrated mainly on the centre of my face - nose, cheeks, chin and forehead.

Next I applied my foundation - I mixed Mac Studio Fix Fluid in NC 15 with Mac Pro Longwear concealer in NC 15 and pressed it into my skin with damp beauty blender.
To hide my under eye darkness I used LA Girl HD concealer in shade Natural. I set everything with loose powder from Grimase.

I also controured under my cheekbones, sides of my nose and sides of my forehead with medium brown eyeshadow from my Morphe 35 W palette.

Next I applied mascara and demi false lashes and "drew on" my eyebrows.
I lined my lips with black liquid lipstick from LA Splash in shade Venom. I filled in the centre with the same turqoise gel eyeliner and I applied the same blue eyeshadows I used for my eyes in the same gradiant way - darker towards outer corners, green in the very centre of my lips.

Halo smokey eyes using Morphe 35W palette

I've started with priming my lids using MAC Soft Ochre Paint Pot which I applied all over my eyelids and blended very well.

Next I darkened my inner and outer corners with a black kajal eye pencil and I blended it as well. I figured out that a black kajal pencil blends way easier when it's applied on top of the cream base. I made sure that some of that black is on my bottom lids as well.

Next I applied my transition colors. I first started with matte white which went directly under my brows and which I blended with matte light beige color which I applied below. Next I blended the black with some medium brown above my crease.

Then I moved on to the black eye shadow which I applied to my inner and outer corners and blended with the transition colors I applied earlier.

Next I applied the shimmery plum color in the centre of my lids and blended with the black color a bit so the transition was perfectly smooth. I applied the same color on my lower lids as well.

Afterwards I applied a shimmery white eye shadow (which is not in Morphe 35W palette) into my inner corners. I blended it a bit with the black color which I applied earlier.

I finished the eye look with eyeliner on my top lash line and waterline and with a mascara.
For my face I used a thin layer of a medium coverage foundation (MAC Studio Fix fluid in NC15). I highlighted under my eyes with LA Girl HD concealer in shade Natural. I set everything with a loose powder and I contoured a bit with the medium brown eyeshadow from the Morphe palette.

Next I defined my brows with the black eyeshadow from the Morphe palette.

For my lips I used a frosty lilac lipstick from Max Factor and I outlined them a bit with a rosy pink lip pencil. I blended the edges a bit to make it look a bit more natural.
